Dennis has 40 years of experience providing accounting, consulting and tax services.  His two college degrees from the University of Idaho involve concentrations in agriculture and accounting.  In addition to being a CPA, he has three advanced professional certifications in business valuation and consulting services. He has supervised financial audits and worked extensively with clients to design accounting and management reporting systems.  He has extensively worked in the financial arena as an expert witness and consultant to law firms in Idaho and the Northwest.
