Keith has more than 20 years of experience focused on the appraisal of closely-held businesses and business interests.  He has also valued debt securities, pass-through entities, and intangible assets such as patents and trademarks.  In addition, he has managed dozens of projects in support of ongoing litigation and has provided expert witness testimony in a variety of venues.

Before entering the business appraisal field, he worked as an Economist and has significant experience with economic development and humanitarian aid programs.  He has traveled extensively throughout the former Soviet Union.

Keith completed the MBA at Baylor University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida.  He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation offered by the American Society of Appraisers.  Keith has substantial experience in the realm of healthcare appraisals and recently completed the American Society of Appraiser’s advanced education program for healthcare valuation.
